Shipping Coverage πΊοΈ
We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. β We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding locations.
Order Processing β³
All orders are subject to verification and availability confirmation before shipment. Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed on the next available business day.
Shipping Methods π¦
We offer a selection of shipping methods at checkout. The available options and associated rates will be displayed prior to the completion of your order. Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and dimensions.
Tracking π
Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You may use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier's official website.
Undeliverable Packages π
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package from a carrier facility, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for re-shipment. We are not liable for packages that are lost or delayed as a result of inaccurate address information.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Canada) πΈ
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping fees collected at checkout. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Damaged or Lost Shipments π οΈ
If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate the matter and determine an appropriate resolution. We reserve the right to require photographic evidence of any damage prior to processing a claim.
Limitation of Liability β οΈ
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier disruptions, natural disasters, severe weather conditions, labor disputes, or government actions.
